Recently, Transport Topics, an authoritative publication in the global logistics sector, released its 2026 Top 50 Global Ocean and Air Freight Forwarders lists. Buoyed by robust freight volumes, CIMC Wetrans once again secured spots on both rankings. The ocean freight ranking leaped to 13th globally, while the air freight division placed 40th, underscoring its comprehensive strength and enduring resilience in the global logistics arena.

According to the publication's latest data, 16 Chinese companies made the 2026 Top 50 Global Ocean Freight Forwarders list, up from 15 in 2025. Handling an operational volume of 960,000 TEUs, CIMC Wetrans ranked 13th globally - moving up one spot from the previous year - and 5th among Chinese enterprises, trailing only Sinotrans, COSCO Shipping Logistics, Ningbo Port Southeast Logistics Group, and KLN.
